We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We ship your products within two working days. However, we do not always succeed in achieving this. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery takes place via PostNL. In general, delivery takes place the next working day. After your order has been shipped, you can track your own package via the track-and-trace code that you receive by e-mail.

Return Policy

It is possible that you want to return a product. This is possible with us within 14 days after you have received the order.

After the return notification you have 14 days to return your product(s). We cannot or not fully credit the purchase amount in the following cases:

– Received more than 14 days ago.

– Have been removed from the packaging.

– Used, washed, damaged or incomplete.

– Of which packaging is missing.

- Has not been returned in its original condition

- No enclosed return form sent.

Packaging
• Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box
• Put the completed return form in the box
• Send the package back via a transport company and make sure that the old shipping label is not visible.

Send
• Hand in the package at the post office
• Keep the proof of postage well

When will you receive your money back?
We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation and receipt of your package.

Which costs are covered?
You will be fully refunded the purchase amount.
We will refund the amount in the same way you paid. Can't do this? Then we will contact you.
